- What areas do we Click-It-Repair operate?
We offer services in all of the DFW metroplex and have plans to open show rooms in the following area locations. Future Show room locations. Frisco, McKinney, Colony Richardson, Plano, North Dallas, Carrollton South Lake, Grapevine, Irving, Flower mound, Lewisville, Denton Dallas, Park Cities, Highland Park Richardson, Garland, Rockwall Arlington, Fort Worth
- How long has Click-It-Repair been in business?
We have been in business for over 25 years, since 1986.
- What is your license number and for how much are you insured?
A license number is not required or offered in the state of Texas, TRCC was trying to but no longer taking application or renewing existing. However we are a NARI Certified remodeler. We are registered with the state controller and the city municipalities to work in Dallas and Fort Worth. We carry a total of $_3_ million dollars of coverage, including liability, disability, and worker’s compensation insurance. This is a very high amount of coverage to have in the home repair business because Click-It-Repair wants your peace of mind.
- Can you provide references upon request?
Yes, absolutely.
- How much will an estimate cost?
Our consultants meet with you free of charge. With some exceptions, labor proposals are free as well. We can do a feasibility study proposal if needed at a reasonable fee discussed with client prior to proceeding.
- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept checks, credit cards, home equity checks, and offer some financing to some clients. Of course, we also take cash.
- What is your service warranty?
We have a two-year warrant on all labor we do, which is the longest warranty available in the home repair business.
- What is your warranty on materials purchased from Click-It-Repair?
The materials we buy for you come with the manufacturer’s warranty, including those with lifetime warranties.
- Do you have interior designers, architects and other related professionals that work for you?
We have designers, project managers, and trade professionals on staff. We have strong working relationships with architects, although they are not on staff.
- Can Click-It-Repair help me with the design phase of my project?
Yes, we can help you not only with the design phase of your project but also the purchasing and construction phases as well. If you only want to retain us to help you with a single phase of your project, we can do that as well, such as bringing us in for only the construction part. Our systematic process allows us to break down our remodeling process into segments that are tailored to fit your needs.
- Can you assist me with financing?
We work with GE Money financing and Our bank BBVA Compass bank. So you may qualify for current interest financing, no deposit, for at least part of the labor and materials. Call or click, send us a message by clicking on one of our forms.
